Dunham Academy is an independent, co-educational school for academically gifted and motivated students.

Our Mission
Dunham Academy is committed to the development of our children as productive world citizens and leaders for the future. We develop the intellectual, physical, and emotional needs of each child. We offer each student a challenging education that provides the intellectual skills for the pursuit of a lifetime of learning. We encourage ethical and social values that support productive lives of service and mutual respect.

To accomplish our mission, we offer our students the following:

• No more than 12 students per class in multi-age groupings to enhance learning rates and styles

 
• An environment which recognizes and encourages excellence and provides intellectual stimulation and challenge

 
• An enriched and integrated curriculum that values and enhances intellectual abilities, talents, creativity, physical development, and decision making

 
• A safe and nurturing atmosphere where students can explore, take risks, discover a sense of self and personal responsibility, and develop sound social and moral behaviors

 
• An enthusiastic, resourceful faculty dedicated to the complete development of each child's unique abilities

 
• The latest multimedia technology with which to learn and experiment
